About

I am delighted that you are considering working with me! I have been supporting individuals and groups seeking insight, awareness, and wisdom to move in new directions for more than 20 years.I am currently providing services remotely via Zoom and telephone.

If you're seeking to modify unsatisfactory personal habits, improve communication, reduce stress, or feel confident taking the next steps in your career or life, you're in the right place!

I'm passionate about helping people listen deeply and well to themselves and  one another in order to enjoy more satisfying lives and relationships.

I work holistically drawing on my training in somatic psychology, coaching, conflict resolution, mindfulness meditation, education, cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis, energy work, and leadership training.  Clients gain insight about their strengths and gifts, clarify priorities, discover new mindsets, and create the change they are seeking.
